Candidates satisfying all the required eligibility for the post of Administrative Officer and Finance & Accounts Officer will be able to submit their online application on the official application portal developed by Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board (ASRB). Syllabus of ASRB Recruitment 2021
Candidates who will submit application for this recruitment of Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board (ASRB) and shortlisted for the examinations will have to appear for three tier examination to complete the recruitment process. The details of the examinations for all the three tiers are given below.
Tier-I Examination: In this tier, an objective multiple choice paper of 200 questions of one mark each will be conducted of three hours duration having the following sections.

Negative Marking: Each wrong answer will attract a penalty of one third of the marks originally assigned to that question.
Note: This paper will be qualifying in nature and marks scored in it will not be carried forward. The ASRB will prepare a list of candidates to be qualified for Tier-II Examination, based on the criterion of minimum qualifying marks, as may be determined by the Board and twenty top scoring candidates for one vacancy shall be declared qualified for the Tier-II Exam from each category under which vacancies are available.
Tier-II Descriptive Examination: In this tier, each paper will be of 3 hours duration.

Note: Candidates from Tier-II Exam will be qualified for Tier-III viz. Structured Interview in the ratio of 5 candidates for each vacancy (category-wise) on the basis of their merit in Tier-II.
Tier-III (Interview): This tier will contain 100 Marks and the final merit list will be prepared on the basis of a candidate’s performance in Tier-II and Tier-III.

Eligibility for Education: A candidate must have a recognized University degree with a minimum of 55% in the final or equivalent examination and must have a valid computer skills.
Pay Scale: Pay Band-3, Rs. 15600-39100 / - via Garde Pay of Rs.5,400 / -

Pay Scale: Pay Band-3, Rs. 15600-39100 / - via Garde Pay of Rs.5,400 / -
Other ASRB Recruitment Details
Age Limit: The age of nominees must be between 21 and 30 years as at 23rd August 2021.
Rest of the Year: The maximum leave will be 3 years for OBC nominees, 5 years for SC / ST nominees and 10 years for PwD nominees.
Application Fee: Applicants must pay a certain amount as a request fee based on their category. Details are provided below. The value will be doubled for each post.
